Your tasks
- As a trainer (m/f/d), you impart your knowledge and skills to our participants
- Teaching basic theoretical knowledge
- Demonstration of individual repair steps
- Targeted guidance and support during practical training
- You have an open ear for our participants if there is ever a topic outside of training
Your profile
- Several years of experience in the relevant industry in the Smart Repair modules "dent removal without painting", "spot repair (additional painting)", "vehicle wrapping", "car glass installation", "vehicle preparation" and/or "interior repair" is desirable
- You are committed and passionate about teaching others
- You have completed vocational training as a car mechanic or body builder
- You already have a trainer aptitude certificate or are willing to acquire one in the near future
